The 'Add Transaction' button turning gray and becoming unresponsive can occur in the following situations:
Free trial expiration
The 'Add Transaction' button may turn gray and become unresponsive if your Premium trial has expired and your account has reverted to Free status.
In the Free, you can only add transactions to a basic wallet. After the trial ends, you need to select one wallet to continue using. To add a transaction, make sure to select that wallet in the Transactions tab first.

Linked wallets and Archived wallets
If your Transactions tab is set to a Linked Wallet or an Archived Wallet, you will also be unable to create transactions.
