Recently, we have received reports from some users in Russia experiencing difficulties when syncing data in the MoneyLover app.
After investigation, we found that in some regions the network is not fully blocked, but the bandwidth is heavily throttled. This can cause large data synchronization to fail or time out during the syncing process.
Please note that this issue is not related to MoneyLoverβs servers. Instead, it depends on the local internet service provider (ISP) in your area.
β Temporary solution
At the moment, the most practical temporary solution is to try using a VPN. This may help bypass the network limitations and allow the app to sync data more reliably.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Unfortunately, network-related issues that depend on local infrastructure are beyond our control.
