We want to inform you that we are currently performing maintenance on the Android Sync Feature and the In-App Support System. The maintenance is expected to be completed within two weeks.
🔄 Android Sync Feature: If you are using two Android devices (e.g: Device A and Device B), please note that data entered on Device A will temporarily not automatically sync on Device B. To manually sync your data during this time, please follow these steps:
- Open the app on Device B
- Go to Transactions tab and tap the three-dot menu
- Select Synchronize button to sync your transactions.
Note: You can check if your data has been synced to the system by logging in to the website web.moneylover.me on PC or laptop.
💬 In-App Support System: The in-app support feature is also undergoing maintenance and will not be available during this time. For immediate assistance, please reach out to us via Facebook Messenger (https://www.facebook.com/moneylover.me) or email us at contact@moneylover.me.
