1. How to create a wallet
You can create a new wallet (and access to the wallet creation screen) through two methods:
- Method 1: On the Home screen, select "See all," then choose "Add wallet."
- Method 2: In Account tab, select "My wallets," and press the "Add" button.
a. Basic wallet
To create a basic wallet which you manually input your transactions, follow these steps:
- Step 1: In the "Add wallet" screen, select "Basic wallet."
- Step 2: Fill in the following fields:

Position 1: Choose an icon for the wallet.

Position 2: Wallet name.

Position 3: Currency - the currency unit of the wallet.

Position 4: Initial balance - the amount of money you want to start with in that wallet.

- Step 3: Save the wallet.
Additionally, you can switch from a Basic wallet to a Linked wallet (see more in section b) by pressing the "Link to services" button.
And if you prefer not to display this wallet in reports or the total wallet, simply select the "exclude from total" button.
b. Linked wallet
In the "Add wallet" screen, choose Linked wallet and follow these steps to create it:
- Step 1: In "Link to services" screen, choose the bank you want to connect.
- Step 2: Read "End user license terms", then select accept button to continue.
- Step 3: Enter your account information and password to link and create a wallet.
Note:

Linked wallets are a feature not included in the Premium. If you wish to use this feature, you need to subscribe to the linked wallet first and you will have a 7-day trial period before payment is required.

Due to certain regulations and policies, the app currently only supports linking with banks displayed on the list. Please check if your bank is listed before registering (the list of banks will be continuously updated).
c. Credit wallet
In "Add wallet" screen, choose Credit wallet and follow these steps to create the new one:
Step 1: In "Add credit wallet" screen, select currency for the wallet and choose Next button.
Step 2: Fill in the fields
- Credit limit: the maximum limit assigned to you
- Last statement balance: the balance that was printed on your most recent credit card billing statement.
- Statement day of month: the date when you receive the statement from the bank.
- Payment due day of month: the date when the bank need to receive your payment by.
Step 3: Save the wallet
d. Goal wallet
In the "Add wallet" screen, choose Goal wallet and fill in the fields to create the new one:
- Position 1: Choose wallet's icon
- Position 2: Enter wallet's name
- Position 3: Enter the goal value you want to achieve
- Position 4: Enter the initial balance of the wallet
- Position 5: Ending date
Additionally, you can choose to enable notifications for the wallet or exclude it from the total using the toggle buttons below.
2. How to edit a wallet
a. How to edit a wallet
To edit the information of a wallet, you can follow either of these two methods:
Method 1: Go to the Account tab, select My Wallets, choose a wallet to edit, press the edit button, and proceed to modify the information as desired. Finally, press the Save button to save your changes.
Method 2: On the Home screen, select See All under the My Wallets section, choose Edit, select the wallet you want to edit, press the edit button, and proceed to make your changes.
b. Include/exclude from Total Wallet
Inside the edit screen of each wallet, there will be an 'Exclude from total' checkbox for you to adjust. If a wallet is marked as 'Exclude from total,' it will not appear when you select the Total Wallet in the transactions or report screens.

3. How to archive a wallet
If you don't want to use a particular wallet but also don't want to delete it, you can choose to archive it. To archive a wallet, follow these steps:
- Go to the "Account" tab and select "My Wallets".
- Choose the wallet you want to archive.
- On the wallet information screen, toggle the archive button.
- Once archived, the wallet will turn gray.
Note:
- The Archive wallet will not appear in the 'Select Wallet' screen when you create a transaction.
- Instead, the Archive wallet will be displayed as a merged list in the 'Select Wallet' screen when you are in the Transactions tab.
4. How to delete a wallet
Similarly to editing a wallet, when you are in the wallet detail screen, scroll down and select 'Delete' to remove the wallet.
Note: When you delete a wallet, all related transactions, events, and other associated data will also be deleted. And you can not recover deleted wallet and it's categories and transactions as well. Please consider carefully before delete your wallets.
